Green Mango and Pine Nuts Salad with Homemade Dressing
You can have an endless list of ingredients when making a fresh salad but it's the mango/pine nuts and our honey-Dijon mustard dressing combination that makes this salad to stand out.

Ingredients
Green leaves mix
2 - 3types of vegetablepeppers, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes etc.
Mango
Pine nuts
Pumpkin seeds
Honey-mustard dressing
2tbsvirgin olive oil
1tbsred wine vinegar
1teaspoondijon mustard
3teaspoonhoney
Instructions
Make salad dressing by mixing all ingredients in a small container with a lid so you can shake it (a small jar with a lid is ideal).
Chop the vegetables.
Peel and cut the mango.
Tip the leaves, vegetable and fruit into a bowl but don't mix it.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Sprinkle with nuts and seeds.
Tip: mix the salad directly before serving otherwise the leaves won’t look fresh.
